Salon Policy

Please review before service.

7-Day Service Guarantee

We will repair lifting or chipping on Acrylic, Gel-X, Builder Gel, Gel Color, or Dip Powder within 7 days. Notify us on the same day of service; return within 7 days.

Sanitation Standard

All tools are properly disinfected and opened from a new sealed pouch for every client. If a sealed pouch isn't opened during your service, notify the front desk for a $10 gift voucher.

Service Duration

If your deluxe manicure or pedicure is completed in less than the time listed, please notify the front desk on the same day to receive a $15 gift voucher.

Appointments

10-minute grace period. Late arrivals may be rescheduled. We kindly ask for 12–24 hours notice for cancellations. Walk-ins welcome.

All Services Are Final

No refunds. Once you leave the salon, design or preference changes are considered a new service and charged accordingly.
